Blog Link Love #15

Blog Link Love

Blog reading (and book reading and any other type of reading, lol) is one of the things I will always make time for.  Kind of my “me” thing.  The types of blogs I read change as my interests and life change and many of the blogs I’ve been reading currently are child/homeschool related.  Here are a few links to posts that have grabbed my attention recently.  Hope you’ll grab a cup of whatever suits you and read along with me!

How to Lose a Sense of Wonder by Debra Elramey in Life Learning Magazine’s Editor’s Blog.  I really enjoy Life Learning Magazine for the respect they show for learning and for children as equal individual people and this was a eloquently written article with an important reminder for anyone who has an important role in a child’s life.

How to raise a girl with a positive body image from Lazy Mom’s Blog.  Great points here.  Positive self image starts at home.  They get plenty of negativity out in the world!

The Trick to Teaching a Handicraft by Tamara Watson from Unhurried Home.  Loved the whole post.  Good read and I’m looking forward to spending some more time looking through this blog today.

Turn one whole chicken into 3 meals by Tara Buss on Eat Well, Spend Smart.  This is something I do regularly with chicken as well as roast, and Tara lays it out very nicely in this post.

How to Enjoy Deep Cleaning Your House from Bless’er House.  This one is mostly an ad and give-away but right smack in the middle is a free printable deep cleaning checklist that is pretty comprehensive. Spring cleaning is on my mind and I am really looking forward to flinging open the windows and getting going.

I would love it if you would share links to any blog posts you’ve read or written lately!  If it’s a post you have written and you share in comments I will be happy to share on JustOnlyHome’s twitter.
